To put it simply, I love New Providence. Having lived in Union County my whole life, when it came time to choose a community in which to raise our family, my wife Cara and I knew that we wanted to establish roots for our children—now ages six, four and under a year—in New Providence.
My work as a Family and Matrimonial law attorney with Skoloff & Wolfe has honed my ability to develop a sense of trust and respect with my clients as I work hard to help them navigate some of the most difficult life decisions they will make.
As a graduate of Seton Hall Law School, my New Jersey ties run deep, providing me with a rich network of both professional and personal connections. I have always believed in the importance of using our skills to give back to our community, so I work hard to do that by heading two different family law organizations—I serve as President of the Barry Croland Family Law Inn of Court and as Co-Chair of the Essex County Bar Association’s Family Law Executive Committee. In addition, I serve as a Trustee of both the Union and Essex County Bar Associations, as an Associate Managing Editor of New Jersey Family Lawyer, and am a longstanding member of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Family Law Executive Committee. These positions allow me to educate fellow attorneys, judges and other professionals while also organizing charitable events and working to improve communities across New Jersey.
Over the past few years, I’ve become increasingly interested in local politics and how it affects our daily lives. I’ve also really enjoyed becoming part of the fabric of this amazing community. In fact, one of my favorite activities with my six-year-old daughter, a kindergartener at Allen W. Roberts School, is attending NPHS Girls Basketball games. We have become huge fans and enthusiastic cheerleaders of our hometown team. So with my feet and my family firmly planted here in New Providence, I humbly ask for your support as I seek to earn the opportunity to serve my community.
